The Town of North Reading will be conducting inspections of properties sold during calendar year 2014.

The Town of North Reading announced it will be conducting inspections of properties sold during calendar year 2014, as with property that has or had a building permit, the town said.

According to an announcement from the town assessing manager, Debbie Carbone, the interior inspections take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Carbone will conduct the inspections of the properties.

If access is not granted to inspect the property, a form letter will be left and residents can contact the Assessor’s Office to schedule an appointment.
