Starbucks will go before the Community Planning Commission Tuesday night for approval for their site plan review. The coffee company is planning to open a location where Sunrise Bagels is located. Sunrise Bagels is planning to close their shop and relocate to Wilmington. If Starbucks is able to get the required approvals from boards and committees in town, they will take over that location.  According to Community Planning Administrative Assistant Debbie Savarese, Starbucks plans to make changes to the exterior of the building. They may want to add in a drive-through and additional outdoor seating, she said.
