Tooth Fairy Generosity: How Much Do You Pay for Teeth?

American children get an average of $3.70 per tooth they loose, which is an increase from $3 last year, according to an annual Visa survey.

Time reports “this surge in generosity coincides with a strengthening economic recovery.”

In fact, about 2 percent of children get $50 per tooth.

The northeast was the most generous in the nation with an average of $4.10 per tooth. Those are some expensive teeth!
