1. North Reading Celebrates Memorial Day. Residents lined Park Street Monday morning to watch the Memorial Day parade and then gathered on the Town Common to listen to live music and speakers.
2. . It could be an exciting few weeks on the diamond for North Reading High School. The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association released its baseball and softball pairings on Tuesday, and among the favorites in both tournaments are the Hornets.
