1. Selectmen Recommend Medical Marijuana Moratorium Article. The selectmen voted unanimously Monday night to recommend Article 33 on the Town Meeting Warrant, which proposes a temporary moratorium for medical marijuana dispensaries. The Community Planning Commission was present at the meeting to explain why they suggested the moratorium.
2. New Youth Services Director Plans to Offer Programs With a Purpose. Lynn resident Amy Luckiewicz is the town's new Youth Services Director. She looks forward to offering programs with a purpose for teens in town.

3. Main Street Dunkins Closed for Two Weeks for Remodeling. The Dunkin' Donuts at 293 Main St. will be closed starting Monday, May 20 for remodeling, according to the Community Planning Department. The site plan review was approved last week.
4. Lt. Gov. Tim Murray to Resign. The Massachusetts Republican Party was quick to jump on the reports about Murray's resignation, saying Murray is trying "to outrun the scandal that dogs him" in a statement on their website.
