North Reading SSBC. The SSBC will meet at North Reading High School at 5:30 p.m. Elevator bids and a team room layout are both items on the agenda. 4. Reading Historic District Commission. The Historic District Commission will meet at Reading Town Hall at 7:15 p.m. There is a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. regarding the 172 Washington St. demo. 5.
