3. Zumba

Mansfield Congregational Church will have a free zumba class 5:30 p.m. at 17 West St., Mansfield. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class. You will dance to upbeat, energetic and inspiring songs while burning tons of calories. The first class is free. After that, classes are $5 per class with no long-term commitment. Be sure to bring a towel and a water bottle as you will sweat.
