1. Winter Carnival
The L.G. Nourse PTA is holding their annual Winter Carnival 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This fun filled day will include games, prizes, face painting, a cake walk and plenty of food. Raffle tickets will be sold for an assortment of donated prizes from local businesses. There will also be a raffle of assorted gift bags as well as a silent auction. Tickets will be available that day at the door.
2. Norton Democratic Town Committee caucus
The Norton Democratic Town Committee will hold a caucus to elect delegates to the Massachusetts Democratic Party’s 2013 Platform Convention 10 a.m. at Norton Public Library. All registered Democrats in Norton are eligible to participate. For more information call Barbara S. Kaplan, caucus chair, at 508-622-0008.
3. Gold's Gym Norton re-grand opening
The re-grand opening of Gold's Gym in Norton will be held 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will include free workouts, body fat testing, blood pressure screening, personal training demonstrations, class demonstrations, babysitting, tanning, refreshments and raffles. Get discounts on apparel and personal training programs. New members will get two free months for a $1 enrollment fee.
4. Easton wintertime indoor farmer’s market
Simpson Spring, 719 Washington St., Easton, will hold an indoor farmer’s market 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information call 508-238-4472.
