Attleboro Woman Arrested in Norton For Alleged Car Break-In

Norton Police say they caught an Attleboro woman in the act of breaking into a vehicle outside a residence.

An Attleboro woman was arrested in Norton early Tuesday for allegedly breaking into a car while it sat in a residents' driveway.

Kelly Koslowski, age 22, of Attleboro was charged by with Breaking and Entering in the Night Time with Intent to Commit a Felony and Larceny over $250, according to Norton Police.

Norton Police Lieutenant Todd Jackson said Wednesday that Norton Police Officer Christopher McCarthy was patrolling S. Worcester St. and observed Koslowski "acting suspiciously" near a vehicle outside a residence. McCarthy and Norton Officer Kevin Schleicher conducted an investigation and found that the vehicle did not belong to Koslowski, Jackson said.

Koslowski was found to be in possession of items that the owner claimed to be his, Jackson said.
