Breaking and Entering in Norton Police Log: Nov. 17 - 19

Saturday, Nov. 17
1:17 a.m.: John Scott Boulevard, suspicious condition. Distraught female on the side of the roadway. Boyfriend on side of roadway with flashes on SUV. Verbal only, parties advised.
5:55 a.m.: E. Main Street, domestic disturbance.
6:30 a.m.: E. Main Street. Police arrested Nathaniel A. Lamore, 30, of E. Main Street, Norton, and charged him with assault and battery.
11:49 a.m.: N. Worcester Street, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Caller reports unlocked vehicle was gone through overnight. It doesn't appear anything was taken.
12:01 p.m.: Smith Street, breaking and entering of a residence. Motor vehicle is gone and shed is wide open. Contents of trailer missing, family issue. Report and photos taken. Incident under investigation.
1:44 p.m.: N. Lakeview Road, breaking and entering of a residence.
2:15 p.m.: Lincoln Street, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Patrolman Ruskey reports he was flagged down by resident who states that wallet was taken from vehicle some time during the week. Wallet was found by a neighbor, store gift cards were taken.
8:33 p.m.: W. Main Street, motor vehicle accident. No injuries. Vehicles left under own power.
Sunday, Nov. 18
7:14 p.m.: Norton Glen Road, harassment/threats. Caller reports her ex, whom she has a 209A against, had driven through the area 30 to 60 minutes ago. Caller reports her ex threatened her boyfriend when he was walking to the store.
Monday, Nov. 19
8:47 a.m.: Old Colony Road, vandalism. Caller reports vandalism to van over the weekend. Window on one of the vans was broken.
9:34 p.m.: Dean Street. Police arrested James A. Duarte, 57, of Dean Street, Norton, and charged him with speeding in violation of special regulation, operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor third offense and failure to stop for police.
10:13 p.m.: Plain Street, assisted Warwick Police Department with warrant check. Subject not at residence.
