The one thing people may not know about our business is we are a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, which means we are trained and certified by the Paul Mitchell team of educators. You don't have to sacrifice convenience for quality. We offer great prices, convenient hours, and we work together as a team, so you can visit the same stylist over and over or visit a different one every time. You can always count on a exceptional service. We also offer Sunday hours!!

How has the economy affected you in the past year?
We are a new business in Norton, which poses certain challenges, so it’s hard to say how the economy has affected this location. However, we have another L.A. Express Salon in Stoughton and we have actually seen an increase in our business because people are looking for affordable hair care in a beautiful environment and convenience, but they don't want to sacrifice quality. We at L.A. Express offer the best service at great prices and you can make an appointment or just walk in; its easy.

What is your busiest time of day and day of the week?
Our busiest time is Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturdays.

What is your most popular item or service?
Our most popular service is Color. People love change and color offers that change. It can be as subtle as you like, or as bold.

What do you feel is a benefit about being business in Norton?
A benefit to be in business in Norton is being situated in a community that is a college town, and is surrounded by great neighborhoods, and also is home to other great companies like Bernie and Phyl’s. Being a full service salon that caters to men, women, and children this gives us a lot of opportunity to service the community.
