Election to Include Two Write-In Candidates
Stephen Ceckowski to be a write-in for the Water/Sewer Board while Kelly Theresa plans to be a write-in for the Board of Assessors.

March 12 was the deadline to return these papers. All the papers that were returned have been certified and candidates obtained at least 50 signatures, as was required.
“You will note that two of the people who took out papers did not return them,” said Town Clerk Danielle Sicard. “I have been in contact with both of these people and they are currently considering running as a write-in candidate.”
The following people have taken out papers:
Board of Selectmen (Two seats available): Incumbent Robert Kimball Jr., incumbent Robert Salvo Sr. and George Gillis
School Committee (Two seats available): Incumbent Andrew Mackie, Valerie Desmond, Mark Powers and Daniel Sheedy
Planning Board (Three seats available): Incumbent David Miller and George Burgess
Water/Sewer Board (One seat available): Stephen Ceckowski- Did not return nomination papers
Board of Assessors (One seat available): Kelly Theresa- Did not return nomination papers
Housing Authority (Two seats available): Incumbents Ralph Stefanelli and Robert Salvo Sr.
The final day to submit certified nomination papers is Tuesday, March 26, 5 p.m. with the Town Clerk. Candidates have until 5 p.m. Thursday, March 28 to object or withdraw from the ballot.
The annual Town Election is Tuesday, April 30, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
