Free Done with Bullying Class on October 28
free class for children 7-12 to help put an end to bullying
Personal Best Karate will present “Done with Bullying,” a free anti-bullying class for children ages 7-12 at 250 East Main St, in Norton on October 28 at noon.
The free program is aimed at teaching practical strategies for identifying and dealing with bullying behavior and how to “buddy” rather than “bully” others.
Personal Best Karate’s founder, Chris Rappold, has worked very closely with both public and private school systems through the implementation of the program; a comprehensive school wide program which provides a framework for students, parents and faculty members to prevent and or respond to bullying in an empowering way.

“Together with the Personal Best teaching faculty, we are proud to have lead the way in the communities we serve educating children on how to be role model citizens,” said Rappold. “The Done with Bullying campaign is a great extension of the groundwork we have laid. We hope that parents take advantage of this free opportunity to empower their children. This type of education is so valuable, it is like insurance for your child, you hope you never have to use it, but if your child runs into bullying you will be so thankful they learned these simple skills in advance.”
Rappold has also penned the book The Parent’s Guide: How to Handle the Bully at School, which is available through Amazon or at any of the six Personal Best Karate schools, in Norton, Foxboro, Easton, Medfield, Norwood and Raynham. The book helps guide the parent in helping their children with bullies at school and the best ways to alleviate the situation.
