Kyle Heagney, of Norton, will be the varsity coach while Eric Grasso will be the assistant varsity coach. Heagney is the Chief of Police in Attleboro and has a child in the Norton school system.

A Wamsutta Middle School student paid a big price Thursday for the convenience of using a butter knife to cut her fruit. She was suspended after the school’s vice principal saw her using the utensil because students are not allowed to bring knives on campus.
The suspension has gained media attention, and people are taking sides. State Rep. Paul Heroux said the incident was a missed opportunity for a teachable moment.

Owner of Mansfield Massage Parlor Accused of Running Brothel
On Friday, March 22, Mansfield police raided Wellness Club Body Works and Foot Massage on North Main Street after an investigation showed the establishment was possibly being operated as a brothel.
After securing a search warrant, police arrested Wei Wu, 47, of Maledn and Hai Feng Liu, 44, of Boston. Wu and Liu were charged with keeping a house of prostitution, sexual conduct for a fee, and deriving support from prostitution
