Man Walks in Middle of Road, Pedestrian Hit and Disorderly Conduct

The following information about recent local police incidents was supplied by the Norton Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Oct. 5:

9:41 p.m. - Bay Rd.

Norton Police were called due to a man walking in the median near the Taunton line.

The man was advised to get out of the middle of the road.

Oct. 6:

12:03 a.m. - Plain St.

A caller complained of over 100 college kids at a party causing a disturbance. Police responded and broke up the party.

2:32 a.m. - W. Main St.

A caller reported a 21-year-old female was outside causing a disturbance. He reports that she is screaming at her boyfriend.

Brett Florek, 23, of 157 Mansfield Ave. was arrested for disorderly conduct.

1:24 p.m. - Mansfield Avenue

Multiple cars reported a pedestrian was struck by a car in front of McDonalds. One patient was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital as a result. The driver of the car said she was shaken up but did refused hospital transport.

Oct. 7

10:22 p.m. - Maple St.

Attleboro Police reported a breaking and entering in the area of the line and were looking for a black male on foot. A perimeter was set. No arrest was reported as a result.
