The Lancers' 6-1 record and big win against Ashland Friday earned them a high seed in the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association playoffs. The Norton football team will play No. 6 Apponequet (6-1) in the first round of the Div. 4 South playoffs. The game will be at Norton High School. The MIAA hasn't released a date and time just yet. A win against the Lakers will mean a match-up against the winner of Dennis-Yarmouth and Hanover. A win in that game will mean a trip to the Div. IV South finals.
