Norton Police Log Feb. 20-22: Aluminum Theft, Stolen Car and Armed Robbery

Wednesday, Feb. 20
6:21 a.m. Caller reported a two vehicle collision on E. Main Street. Patients were taken to local hospitals.
7:32 a.m. Caller reported a vehicle crashed into a snow bank across from her house on E. Hodges Street. No injuries were reported.

2:58 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision on W. Main Street. One patient was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

12:44 a.m. Caller reported about $500 worth of aluminum was stolen over the weekend on S. Worcester Street.
Friday, Feb. 22
7:24 a.m. Caller reported that her vehicle was stolen on Broadway Street in Taunton.
11:44 a.m. Caller reported her vehicle was struck on E. Main Street and the operator of the offending vehicle fled the scene.
9:20 p.m. Daniel Baker, 53, of S. Washington Street was arrested for assault and battery.
11:36 p.m. George Jung Jr., 20, of John Scott Boulevard was arrested for attempted armed robbery on W. Main Street.
