8:19 a.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision on West Main Street involving a car and a motorcycle.

July 17

4:32 p.m. Caller reported a case of check fraud on Mansfield Avenue.

5:19 p.m. Caller reported a male subject stole a cell phone from the store and ran out.

July 18

7:43 p.m. Caller reported an attempted break in on Pine Street.

July 19

7:19 p.m. Caller reported a hit an run on Eddy Street. A mailbox was knocked off the pole by a vehicle.

8:20 p.m. Danial Degrafft, 24, of 77 Barrows St. was arrested for felony breaking an entering, three charges of felony larceny, larceny of a credit card, forgery of documents and possession of a class C substance.
