Norton Resident March ACES Winner

Kelly Valequett, a Norton resident, has been selected as A.C.E.S. (A Caring Employee of Sturdy) for the month of March.

In nominating comments, one coworker said, “Kelly is consistently helpful to staff and patients. She helps out with answering the phones if others are busy and checks in with people to see where she can help. Kelly greets everyone with a genuine smile and provides excellent customer service. She exemplifies the best qualities that define Sturdy.”

Kelly’s coworkers have also noticed that patients ask for her by name.

“She assists patients beyond expectations, providing maximum information, guidance, and follow-up every day. She always anticipates the needs and concerns of our patients and their families. Kelly has a positive, friendly attitude no matter the circumstance and is calm, caring, and consistent,making her a valuable asset to the Sturdy team."

Kelly is secretary at Pleasant Street Pediatrics and has been a Sturdy employee since 2000.
