Anne T. Hiltz-Donovan, 63, of Plymouth, formerly of Norton, died Dec. 6, 2012.

Anne T. (Kirchgassner) Hiltz-Donovan, 63, of Plymouth, formerly of Norton, died Dec. 6, 2012 at the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence in Worcester.
Anne was born in Boston, daughter of the late Catherine T. (Kelley) and John J. Kirchgassner. She was wife of the late Daniel Donovan.
Anne graduated from St. Gregory High School in Dorchester, Boston State College Cum Laude, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree, and Suffolk University Law School Cum Laude, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree.

She was admitted to the Mass. Bar in 1982, U.S. District Court in 1983, U.S. Tax Court in 1985 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1986. Anne was a member of the Mass. Bar Association, the Norton Public Library Board of Trustees from 1975 until 1994 and served as president from 1983-1984. She negotiated a million dollar grant from Balfour Foundation for the construction and endowment of the Norton Public Library.
She was also a member of St. Bonaventures Parish where she attended daily Mass and communion. There, she was a eucharistic minister and a member of the Bonnie Seniors and MRSVP Summer Reads.

Anne lived in Sagamore Beach from 1993 until 2002 and was an eucharistic minister at St. Theresas Church and a member of the Apache Camp Group of New England. Before moving to Sagamore Beach, she had lived in Norton for 20 years where she was an eucharistic minister at St. Marys Church, taught CCD and was on the parish council. She was also a member of the League of Women Voters.
She enjoyed sewing, reading, knitting, gardening, traveling, camping, golf and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Anne is survived by her daughter Melissa A. Miller of Ludlow; her son Michael J. Hiltz and his wife Kate of Marlborough; her sister Mary Tasselari and her husband Donnie of Plymouth; her brother John Kirchgassner and his wife Elaine of Weymouth; and her grandchildren Andrew and Elizabeth Miller and Matthew Hiltz.
Arrangements by Richard Davis Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was held at St. Bonaventures Church in Plymouth, followed by burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
