Charlie Baker has ordered that the U.S. flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Monday, Nov. 23, in honor of Private First Class Aaron Cordoba-Martinez, United States Army, of Taunton, MA, who died on Nov. 14.The paratrooper from the 82nd Airborn Division died after a motorcycle accident on Monday that occurred on Butner Road at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
