Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda: <ul> <li>Sigalle Reiss, Director of the Norwood Board of Health, will address the Board with a Home Market Foods Information update, and a copy of the press release issued by Board of Health regarding West Nile Virus and EEE positive mosquito pool in Norwood.</li> <li>ABCC will be submitting notice of a hearing on the appeal of the Wine Vault.
