NORWOOD, MA — It took two years, but the Norwood Police Department has arrested a man accused of stealing $35,000 from a resident as part of a home improvement scam. Eduart Bajrami, 54, was recently arrested in Eastern Pennsylvania and extradited to Massachusetts, according to Norwood Police. He appeared in Dedham District Court Wednesday on felony larceny warrants. Back in 2016, police said, Bajram was the principal in businesses called "Hi Tech Roofing" as well as "Eagle Roofing."
