Thomas Fitzgerald, 31, homeless, was arrested and charged with unarmed assault to rob, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault, threats to commit a crime.11:47 p.m. - Stephen Hines, 53, of Norwood, was arrested on Fulton Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense).August 241:12 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Home Depot on Route 1, Jarrod Pouliot, 28, of Barrington, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence liquor, marked lanes violation, and speeding in violation of special regulation.
