Cottage St. to be Closed Wednesday for Film Crews

According to Norwood Police, from approximately 4-10 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, Cottage St. East will be closed to accomodate film crew equipment for the movie "Labor Day."
At their meeting last week the Board of Selectmen approved parking for the film's vehicles on Cottage St. East, between Broadway and Central St. and Broadway between Cottage St. East and Vernon St. East as well as parking at the municipal lot opposite the Center. Norwood Police will have officers on scene at the closed street.

According to IMDB.com, the film stars Kate Winslet ("Titanic"), Josh Brolin ("W."), and James Van Der Beek (of "Dawson's Creek" fame), however none of the stars of the film will be present at the filming in Norwood Wednesday according to Norwood Police.
