Impact Norwood Hosts Virtual Presentation On Marijuana's Effects
The organization's goal is to promote a drug-free community by providing resources and creating relationships between youth and adults
NORWOOD, MA - Impact Norwood is hostimg a virtual event Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.with Jason Kilmer, Ph. D., an associate professor at the University of Washington whose research focuses on and prevention efforts to reduce alcohol- and other drug-related harms among college students and young adults.
Kilmer will be giving a virtual presentation called "What the Science Says about Marijuana with Dr. Jason Kilmer" for coalition partners from 3:30-5 p.m. Register at this link.

Director Aubrey Ciol also announced that Impact Norwood will hold its virtual coalition meeting Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m., which can be accessed at this link. School Committee Chair Teresa Stewart will give a presentation with Lori Cimeno, Director of Student Services for the Norwood Public Schools.
