The new restaurant is inside the Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge showroom on Route 1.

Editor's Note: The following is from a press release from The Jeep Grill.

Located inside the Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge showroom on Route 1 – the Auto Mile – in Norwood, the all-new Jeep Grill is the concept of Central Automotive Team.

Renovated at the end of May 2012, the Jeep Grill is not your average car showroom. Situated next to the Just For Jeeps retail store, and seating up to 50 people, the Jeep Grill offers a fresh eating experience when shopping for a new car or simply a place to hang out with co-workers and friends, complete with flat screen TVs and free Wifi.

“We felt this would be a valuable service, offering a convenient, healthy option for our customers,” said Peter Catanese, President of Central Automotive Team.

The Jeep Grill has dark-wood seating and granite tabletops, as well as a breakfast counter. With both dine-in and takeout fare available, the Jeep Grill’s American full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu offers daily specials ranging from roast pork loin to flatbread pizza, together with grab and go salads, gourmet wraps and sandwiches, turkey pastrami panini, seasonal entrees such as Maine crab cakes, grilled meatloaf and made-from-scratch pastries and smoothies.

Catanese’s brother Ronnie joined Central Auto Team with over 35 years of owning and running restaurants in the Boston area. His philosophy, learned growing up, is that great food tastes better when made by hand. Years later, he still abides by that rule, which is reflected in the Jeep Grill’s menu and its experienced kitchen team.

Family-style take-home dinners, which serve 4 to 6 people, are also available. Order by 1 p.m. and pick up after 5 p.m. to enjoy Jeep Grill dining in your own home – whether it’s spinach lasagna or roast shoulder tenderloin of beef, with sides like Caesar salad and maple-mashed sweet potatoes.

The Jeep Grill is open Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
