LCB Senior Living Hires New Sales Specialist
Laurie Sweetser, has had nearly 30 years of experience in management and senior living communities.
From LCB Senior Living: LCB Senior Living (www.lcbseniorliving.com) is pleased to announce the selection of Laurie Sweetser as the community’s new Sales Specialist for their Northern region. In this role, Ms. Sweetser will work with the Sales and Marketing teams at LCB’s communities located in northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont to help in improving and maintaining successful sales efforts Most LCB Senior Living communities include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Reflections Memory Care residences for local seniors.
Ms. Sweetser has had nearly 30 years of experience as a Director or Lead in a management role, and over 5 years of experience in a lead role within senior living communities. Prior to her position with LCB, she has held positions as Director of Sales and Marketing with Meadow View Center in North Reading, MA, Windham Terrace in Windham, NH, and Kindred Healthcare. Ms. Sweetser currently resides in Windham, NH.
Independent Living residents at an LCB Senior Living community have private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three nutritious meals prepared and served on-site, fitness center, available laundry and cleaning services, a full activities program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted Living residents enjoy all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing medication reminders, and other services.

All communities also include LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming has been developed in collaboration with Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
