Norwood Police Looking for Suspect in CVS Shoplifting

The NPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect in a shoplifting that occurred Monday night at CVS Pharmacy.

The Norwood Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in a shoplifting that occurred Monday night at CVS Pharmacy.

The following is the incident information from the Norwood Police Department:

The suspect entered the store with a backpack, walked to a specific aisle then left quickly. The suspect returned a second time, walked to the same aisle as his last visit and was seen putting merchandise into the bag. He then proceeded to walk out the door past the cash registers.

He was questioned by loss prevention to the contents of the bag at this point the suspect then pushed his way past loss prevention and fled the store. He left behind the bag and its content behind. The suspect was seen getting into a black vehicle possibly a Honda Civic type. The vehicle was seen driving out the parking lot on to Lenox Street.
