The Skating Club of Boston is responding to a call to action by the Honorary Consul of Ukraine to Philadelphia, Iryna Mazur made last week.

NORWOOD, MA - The Skating Club of Boston in Norwood is responding to a call to aid Ukraine from Iryan Mazur, the Honorary Consul of Ukraine, gathering boxes of supplies from its members to ship to the ravaged country.
"It seems that the effort is going well so far," said Jack Zeghibe, the communications manager of the Skating Club of Boston. "We've been collecting donations in our main lobby but the overflow of donation items has run into our ticket office and now almost fills the space completely."
He added that "this all came together pretty last minute last week" through an appeal on social media asking that its members consider donating items.
