Toddler Struck By Car While Playing With Friends In Norwood: Reports

NORWOOD, MA — A 3-year-old boy was struck by a car backing out of the driveway of a Norwood home while playing outside with friends Tuesday evening, according to multiple reports.

The boy received serious injuries to his head and upper body but is expected to survive, WCVB reported.

ABC6 Providence reported that the boy was flown to the hospital by medical helicopter and the car was towed from the scene.
