Bomb Threat; Hair Extensions Stolen: Peabody Police

Tuesday, March 15

At 2:35 p.m., there was a report of a wallet stolen on Centennial Drive.

At 3:30 p.m., there was a report of $200 of hair extensions that were stolen by two women at a business on Andover Street.

At 3:54 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street near Rte. 128 North.

At 5:51 p.m., police arrested Deandre Travonne Matthews, 22, of 80 Sagamore Street in Lynn on charges of the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and attaching plates. Police also arrested Riza Solano, 22, of 80 Sagamore Street in Lynn on charges of registration revoked and uninsured motor vehicle.

At 7:44 p.m., police arrested Shane T. Lussier, 18, of 719 Lowell Street in Peabody on a warrant.

At 11:34 p.m., police arrested David Bergstrom, 29, of 5 Esquire Circle in Peabody and charged him with no inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and on a warrant.

Wednesday, March 16

At 6:21 a.m., there was a report of a larceny of a coat on Central Street. The coat was returned before officers arrived.

At 10:42 a.m., a bomb threat was called into the Central School on Irving Street. Emergency personnel swept the school and did not find anything suspicious.
