This year, and going forward, evidence of food safety training is required for groups who will be serving food that requires Time and Temperature Control for Safety (TCS Food).

This is a great opportunity to improve your Food Safety Program at no cost to you. We hope that you will take this opportunity to train or re-train your staff in food safety basics.
