- Anthony J. Lavacca, 27, of Saugus, was arrested earlier this month on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, leaving the scene of property damage, failure to use care while driving, possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute, and negligent driving after a car accident on Lowell Street.
- James G. Chase, 54, of Stoneham, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon from the Apple Store in the Northshore Mall on charges of shoplifting.
- A driver reported his car was struck with an egg near the intersection of Lynnfield Street and Krochmal Road around 2 p.m. Wednesday.
- Police responded to the skating rink on Perkins Street on a report of a group vandalizing the ice on Wednesday.
- Claudia Morales, 21, of Miami, was arrested on Wednesday on charges of check forgery, uttering a false check, and attempting to commit a crime after allegedly trying to cash a bad check at the Citizens Bank on Howley Street.
- Douglas B. Mesquita, 32, of Medford, was arrested on Thursday on charges of assault and battery on a household member after a caller reported being assaulted.
- Garth Ramos, 27, of Gloucester was arrested Friday on charges of assault and battery on a household member after a report of a domestic disturbance in the are of the Macy's at the Northshore Mall.
- A 15-year-old girl was arrested on charges of shoplifting, resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon after Northshore Mall security reported a shoplifter on Friday evening.
- Marcous Ellington, 33, of Dorchester, was arrested on two counts of threatening to commit a crime and trespassing after Toys R Us employees reported a person harassing employees around 6 a.m. Saturday.
