Man Medflighted to Boston After Motorcycle Accident

The following is an excerpt from the Peabody Police log:
Friday, Aug. 17
- At 7:10 p.m., police responded to a motorcycle accident on Winona Street. The 47-year-old male motorcyclist was transported via medical helicopter to Tufts Medical Center with serious injuries.
- At 8:47 p.m., police received a call about two people "shooting drugs" in the parking lot. Officers did not locate the people.
- At 9:18 p.m., one person was taken to the hospital after a three-car crash on Central Street.
- Police arrested Steven A. Mastrangelo, 47, 14 Fredericks Circle, Lynn, and charged him with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The arrest was made at 9:53 p.m.
- At 11 p.m., police broke up a fight on Harris Street.

- Police arrested Joe Milhem, 21, 12 Valley Circle, Peabody, and charged him with malicious destruction of property over $250 and attempting to commit a crime. The arrest was made on Lowell Street at 1:33 a.m.
- At 7:32 a.m., police arrested John S. O'Donnell, 48, 29 North Central Street, Peabody, and charged him with domestic assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Police also issued a summons for a 47-year-old Peabody woman on charges of domestic assault and battery.
- One person was taken to the hospital after an accident on Margin Street at 12:18 p.m.
- At 5:06 p.m., police arrested Taylor G. Melanson, 23, 74 Wallis St., Peabody, on charges of domestic assault and battery.
- At 8:06 p.m., police received a call from an employee ofstating a man stole a plush animal offered as a prize.
Sunday, Aug. 19
- At 2:47 a.m., police received a call from Salem Police asking for help stopping a person driving a stolen vehicle. Salem Police ended up stopping the vehicle.
- At noon, police arrested Martha E. Sosa, 40, 181 Highland St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.
