VEG said that pet owners calling the hospital will speak immediately with a licensed veterinarian to get their medical questions answered.

VEG customers are also not required to wait and worry in a lobby. Instead, triage begins as soon as they walk in the door, even before filling out paperwork. Pet parents are allowed to stay with their pet through all stages of treatment, including surgery and overnight hospitalization.
