North Shore THRIVE Summit To Bring Business Women Together For Success

PEABODY, MA — The Third Annual TRIVE Summit, designed to bring networking opportunities for North Shore women for professional and personal success, is returning to Peabody this month.

The North Shore Chamber of Commerce will host the half-day summit on June 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Boston Marriott in Peabody.

Organizers said THRIVE works to create empowering opportunities for women through networking, mentoring and education.

The THRIVE Summit will include breakfast and luncheon speakers, breakout presentations and networking. During breaks, attendees can visit a marketplace filled with representatives from women-owned North Shore businesses who will be exhibiting products and services.

Susan MacKenty Brady, CEO of the Institute for Inclusive Leadership at Simmons University, will deliver the keynote breakfast address. She has worked with over 500 organizations worldwide, instructing leaders on cultivating environments where individuals thrive and businesses succeed.

Amy Latimer, leader of business operations at TD Garden in Boston, will present the luncheon address. She recently took over running the operations of Delaware North's global hospital business as EVP and COO. She will present "Leadership: Stepping Up to the Challenge."

Panelists will share their own stories and offer insight throughout the day on topics, such as how to boost your financial confidence, mapping a plan for personal and professional goals, confronting and surmounting fears, and creating an online presence to open doors.
