At 5:25 p.m., police arrested Mary McCloskey, 58, of Essex Street in Salem for operating under the influence of liquor, second offense.
Saturday, April 16
At 9:12 a.m., there was a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle on Lowell Street.
At 10:43 a.m., police arrested Nicholas Njagi, 29, of Batchelder Road in Seabrook, NH for operating under the influence of liquor.
At 12:06 p.m., there was a report of tires slashed on a car on Lowell Street.
Sunday, April 17
At 12:44 a.m., there was a report of a group of 30 people partying and smoking the marijuana loudly at a hotel on Newbury Street. The group was dispersed.
At 7:13 a.m., there was a report of a man taking tires off a car and screaming obscenities on Washington street. The man was changing his tire.
