Peabody Arrests in January

Several reports of assault and drunken driving.

  • Amanda Erin Palazzo, 33, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and malicious destruction of property after officers responded to a report of a fight in progress on Newbury Street on Sunday, Jan. 22, around 9 p.m. She was also arrested on Monday, Jan. 23, after midnight on charges of malicious destruction of property, assault with a dangerous weapon, and intimidating a witness after officers responded to a report of someone throwing rocks through a window.
  • Michelle S. Pierce, 47, of Salem, was arrested on charges of drunken driving after a report of a car accident on Jan. 23 around 8 p.m. on Andover Street.
  • Michael Castiello, 29, of East Boston, was arrested on charges of shoplifting by concealing, and receiving stolen property on Friday, Jan. 27, after a report of shoplifting at an Andover Street store around 3 p.m.
  • Kevin A. Mcdonough, 52, of Marblehead, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after a report of a disturbance at a Lynnfield Street business on Jan. 27, around midnight.
  • Officers arrested two people from Macy's on Andover Street on Saturday, Jan. 28, on shoplifting charges. Nicole Mckinley, 18, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of larceny over $250, three counts of receiving stolen property, and conspiracy. A juvenile was arrested on the same charges.
  • Brian S. Hernandez, 23, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of trespassing on Jan. 30, just after midnight, after someone called to report an unwanted person at Domino's Pizza on Andover Street.
  • Someone called police to report a driver that crashed into the wall of CVS three or four times on Monday, Jan. 30. Officers arrested Deidre F. Hunt, 56, on charges of drunken driving. There was no obvious damage to the building, but police report the windows bowed in when the CVS was hit.
  • Marin Prendi, 36, of Peabody, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 31, on charges of unlicensed driving and unsafe lane change after a traffic stop near Harris Street.
  • Clifton Robinson, 47, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of drunken driving, driving with a revoked license, reckless driving, and a Salem Police warrant on Jan. 31, after someone reported that a driver struck four parked vehicles on Aborn Street around 8 p.m.
  • Police were called to a Central Street business after a woman told someone to call 911 because her boyfriend said he wanted to kill her and everyone in the restaurant. Officers arrested Christopher Waisanen, 48, of Peabody, on charges of assault on a household member and threatening to commit a crime on Jan. 31.
