Peabody Emergency Parking Ban Declared for Wednesday Night

PEABODY, MA – All cars must be off public ways starting at 11 p.m. Wednesday night, per the Police Department's emergency parking ban.

The ban is in anticipation of the nor'easter forecasted for Thursday. While we're all skeptical of weather reports at this point in the season, here's the National Weather Service forecast for Thursday's weather event.

In short, areas of Massachusetts could get between 8 and 12 inches. The NWS issued a Winter Storm Watch and a Winter Storm Advisory that will be in effect from Wednesday night through late Thursday night.
