Sweetgreen To Open Peabody Northshore Mall Location
The popular "farm-to-table fast food" restaurant is opening with new customer promotions and donations to Citizen's Inn.

PEABODY, MA — The popular healthy restaurant group sweetgreen will officially open its doors at the new Peabody location at the Northshore Mall with a ribbon-cutting ceremony next week with several customer promotions and donations to Citizen's Inn.
The group's 22nd location will open at 210 Andover Street on Tuesday with a donation made to Citizen's Inn for every meal sold on opening day.
There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greater Peabody Chamber of Commerce at 10:30 a.m. with the first 100 customers receiving free ice cream from Treadwell and a candle from Scents for Centers. The first 50 children who enter will get a do-it-yourself craft kit from Create & Escape.

The mall location is 2,500 square feet and will fit 22 diners inside with banquette seating and seats for 12 diners on the outdoor patio.
Sweetgreen will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

The motto at sweetgreen is to "connect people to real food" using locally-sourced food when possible, scratch cooking, and customizable menu items that make "healthy choices more convenient."
To celebrate the opening, sweetgreen is inviting area residents to register for a free meal during one of its preview "soft opening" days Thursday or Friday here or sign up for a $5 credit toward a purchase for the first week the restaurant is open from July 11 to July 17 here.
