Reading Assessors Office Date Recollection Program

The Reading Board of Assessors has contracted the services of Patriot Properties, Inc. to assist our staff with the recollection of data on approximately 3,600 properties across the Town.  The next phase of our inspection program will be MONDAY APRIL 1st, Wood End School District.

All personnel engaged in this effort will have proper identification and a letter of authorization from the Board of Assessors.  

The full measure and list of your property includes an exterior visual inspection (and re-measure if necessary) as well as an interior inspection (primarily to examine interior grade, condition, finished living area, bedrooms, etc.).
The Data Recollection Program is a requirement of the state’s Department of Revenue that we must complete in order to attain state certification of all assessments next fiscal year.  We will endeavor to keep the public fully informed through local media and local cable access television.
