Rep to Measure and List Homes in North Reading

The Assessing Office has hired a Representative by the name of Robert Brindle from the firm RRC to measure and list the homes for the State mandated cyclical cycle. The interior (list) process is to verify the interior data such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage of the homes. The interior inspection takes approximately 15 – 20 minutes. The initial inspection is measuring the exterior of the home if no one is home Robert Brindle will leave a letter to contact our office to set up an appointment time.
