Arrest

Natarsha Lee Crowley, 37, of 107 Lowell Road in North Reading was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, and a marked lanes violation.

At 8:07 a.m., there was a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle on Howard Street.

At 8:23 a.m., there was a report of a sick woodchuck on Charles Street.

At 11 a.m., there was a suspicious not in a mailbox on Van Norden Street asking the resident to teach a neighbor how to shoot a gun.

At 11:54 a.m., there was a report of four youths parked in a lot on Birch Meadow Drive who looked suspicious.

At 8:33 p.m., there was a white bench in the road on Main Street causing a traffic hazard.
