The following is an excerpt from the Reading Police Department log from Friday through Saturday. The information is open to the public.

Friday, May 10

  • At 6:45 a.m., a Johnson Woods Drive resident reported a light pole was struck and damaged.
  • At 1:52 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Walkers Brook Drive. No injuries were reported.
  • At 3:38 p.m., a caller reported that a coffee maker was stolen from Starbucks.
  • At 6:04 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Brande Court. No injuries were reported.

Saturday, May 11

  • At 7:15 a.m., a Wilson Street resident reported a person looking into her neighbor's vehicles.
  • At 1:16 p.m., a caller reported a battery pack attached to a tree on Willow Street. Police are investigating.
  • At 6:30 p.m., a Linnea Lane resident reported that his three vehicles were keyed on three different occasions.
  • At 6:48 p.m., a caller reported that his car was hit while parked on Main Street. 
  • At 10:20 p.m., a Howard Street resident reported a loud house party.
  • At 11:08 p.m., a caller reported a rock thrown through her vehicle's window while she was driving.
