2. ZBA. The ZBA will meet at Reading Town Hall at 7 p.m. Three public hearings are on the agenda.

3. Keep your brain healthy. Stop by the Natural Food Exchange at 7 p.m. for a seminar presented by Dr. Tom Shea, Director of Neurobiology and Neurodegeneration at UMass Lowell, about brain health. Dr. Shea has done decades of research on this topic and will discuss how your brain works and what nutrients it needs to stay healthy.

4. Motion to music. Exercise at the Reading Senior Center at 9 a.m. The cost is $15 per month or $3 per session.
