Fit Revolution! will be a part of the Rams Athletic Complex.

Michelle O'Connor is opening Fit Revolution!, an indoor cycling studio and boot camp training facility on Concord Street in September.
According to O'Connor, Fit Revolution will be "one of North Reading’s greatest additions in the fitness industry." The studio will be located inside the Rams Athletic Complex and will have top of the line equipment and experienced instructors. They will offer boot camp classes, indoor cycling, Tabata, TRX, Muscle Madness, group training, P90X Matrix and more. Martha Nazzaro and Michele Sweeney, of Grace~Full Interiors in Reading, are the interior desginers.
“I have always dreamed I could open up a specialty fitness facility where we could offer something different than any other gym has. Being in the fitness industry for a while I have had the chance to work with amazing people and create programs that have changed people’s lives forever. Now I can put it all together in one place! I am very proud of the team that we have put together and know that what we are offering will change the way people view exercise,” O'Connor said.

O'Connor was the PT Director at the Reading for four years. She ran and organized several successful programs there including Women and Weights, New Year's Resolution Program, a Spin A Thon and more. She plans to run similar programs in her new studio, she said, and new programs like DJ Cycling, charity rides, a rewards program and others.
“Our vision is to make sure that everyone gets a great workout and has fun. We all have different injuries so our team makes sure there are modifications for everyone. I have been running boot camp classes for years and the participants just love it and get such a great workout,” she said.
