Jay &amp; Ricky's Liquor Store will be opening inside J K's Market. The liquor store will occupy half of the space, according to Staff Planner Jessie Wilson. The owner of Northside Liquor also owns Jay &amp; Ricky's and will transfer his liquor license to the new store, Wilson told Patch. Northside Liquors will be closing. Owner of J K's Market Kalpesh Patel will divide the market's space in half for the new liquor store. They are currently working on construction and should open sometime next month, Wilson said. As soon as the construction is complete, Jay &amp; Ricky's will need to get an occupancy permit from the building inspector before they open.
