Letter: State Sen. Jason Lewis Endorses Dockser For Select Board

READING, MA — The following letter to the editor was submitted by State Sen. Jason Lewis.

I heartily endorse Mark Dockser’s campaign for re-election to the Reading Select Board. Mark’s leadership, long-term commitment to volunteering for the town and his many years of involvement in town government are great assets for the Town and the Select Board.

Mark has shown that he can work collaboratively and productively with the wide range of people and groups in Reading. I have had the privilege to work with him on a variety of state programs and initiatives that have benefited the Town of Reading and often resulted in additional funding for the Town.

Bottom line, Mark’s experience with and knowledge of the workings of town and state government will serve the Town and the new Town Manager well. I encourage residents to support him with your vote on April 5th.
