Local Students Earn Honors at Respective Universities
A number of Reading natives earned Dean's List honors at their respective colleges and universities.

A number of Reading natives were named to the Dean’s List at their respective colleges and universities.
The local students received the honors from Providence College, in Providence, Rhode Island, the University of Hartford, in Hartford, Connecticut, and Stonehill College, in North Easton.
The following area residents have been named to the Dean’s List at Providence College for the Spring 2015 semester:

- Shannah Colbert, member of the class of 2018
- Amy Czarnota, member of the class of 2017
- Gina Enos, member of the class of 2016
- Jillian Gentile, member of the class of 2015
- Mark Hennessy, member of the class of 2016
- Ashley Imbriano, member of the class of 2018
- Joseph MacKoul, member of the class of 2016
To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must achieve at least a 3.55 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits.
Sophie Hutchins was named to the University of Hartford’s Dean’s List for Spring 2015.

In order to qualify for Dean’s List, students at Hartford must be full-time students, have at least a 3.25 grade point average in at least 12 graded credits, no grade below C and no more than one C, according to the University.
Finally, Paige Hildreth, a psychology major and member of the class of 2015, was named to the Spring 2015 Dean’s List at Stonehill College.
To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered, according to the college.
